This project was a new five-story hotel for the 7 Cedars Casino. Our scope included installing dedicated LG brand variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heating and cooling fan coil units for each hotel room and first-floor lobby area. Energy recovery ventilator (ERV) units delivered fresh air and exhaust for every hotel room, corridor, and lobby.

Needless to say, miles of refrigerant piping, control wiring, and small ductwork were installed throughout this hotel. Logistics, scheduling, and material staging were very critical in this project with the accelerated timeline. Our crew worked efficiently and effectively, making this project a success for the customer.
